Kehua’s Eon-Li Series Lithium-ion Battery UPS has been awarded with the prestigious UL1778 certification.

The certification, the energy company says, is a testament to the high standards of safety and performance Kehua UPS adheres to, providing its customers with the assurance of reliable power protection.

What is the UL1778 certification?

UL1778 is a globally recognised certification that ensures the safety and reliability of Uninterruptible Power Supply systems. It sets the benchmark for UPS products, guaranteeing that they meet stringent standards for electrical performance, environmental conditions, and protection against electrical hazards.

Kehua Eon-Li Series UPS, a built-in lithium-ion battery module with UL 1973 certification, offers the lowest total cost of ownership over the lifetime of the UPS. The expected useful life of the lithium-ion batteries is up to three times that of VRLA batteries, which translates into fewer battery replacements over the life of the UPS.

Obtaining the UL1778 certification for Eon-Li UPS is a significant achievement that reinforces the company’s commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-performance power protection solutions.

A spokesman leading data centre service provider Kehua said: “This certification validates the quality and compliance of our UPS, giving our customers the confidence to rely on our product for their critical power needs. By prioritising safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards, we continue to provide innovative solutions that safeguard our global customers and their valuable equipment from power disruptions.”
