Schneider Electric is named the number one Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) marketplace solution provider by Guidehouse Insights, in its 2022 leaderboard

Guidehouse Insights has now released its 2022 Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) Marketplace Solution Providers leaderboard.

The leaderboard has identified ten PPA online platforms, covering a wide range of specialities, including physical and financial corporate PPAs, utility PPAs, and retail PPAs. Guidehouse has assessed these online platforms using a range of criteria, spanning strategy and execution.

Schneider Electric awarded position of Number 1 global PPA

As the world races to meet its net zero pledges, the renewable energy transition is occurring at a faster pace than ever before.

As such, many companies are turning to sustainable PPAs, in order to quickly and effectively manage the risks of being left behind.

Schneider Electric was ranked at the top of the list, and an industry leader for the PPA market.

This top ranking was partly awarded in recognition of Schneider Electric's market growth trajectory, using its NEO Network and Zeigo platforms, which are designed to simplify the cleantech buying process, by providing its users with direct access to trusted experts, viable projects and technologies, and exclusive market intelligence.

“Our commitment to renewable energy as a means of decarbonization is reflected by our ranking, and we are honoured to be a part of bringing together organizations who are accelerating the clean energy transition”, commented Steve Wilhite, President of Schneider’s Sustainability Business.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, employees, and NEO Network community members that have helped accelerate the adoption of renewable energy.”
