Having developed a diverse skill set, Rose has transitioned to specialising exclusively in the European Data Centre market. Demonstrating expertise in every aspect of the development process, Rose excels in sourcing strategic opportunities, skillfully negotiating deals, conducting thorough appraisals, and adeptly managing complex transactions. 

This focused dedication to the data centre sector underscores Rose's commitment to staying at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, positioning him as a trusted and proficient professional in the field of development surveying.

His new role at JLL will predominantly see Rose working on acquisitions, site provisioning and disposals, along with some very exciting hyperscale and AI projects that span across the UK and EMEA.

In 2022, Matthew joined EkkoSense, a specialist in data centre performance optimisation. In his current role, he is dedicated to assisting data centre operations teams in prioritising sustainable actions by leveraging an innovative generation of machine learning and AI-enabled software solutions.
