Partnering with Neterra will help Epsilon expand its network and offer the best possible service to customers
The partnership hopes to expand Epsilon’s presence in Central and Eastern Europe, with Neterra enabling key cities to be added to Epsilon’s global network

Global interconnectivity provider Epsilon Telecommunications (Epsilon) announces a collaboration with Neterra, a telecommunications solutions provider, to expand its global network presence.

With Neterra’s partnership, Epsilon will add key European cities to its network footprint. These include Istanbul, Kyiv, Prague, Rome, Sofia, Vienna, Warsaw and Zagreb. It will also expand into Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo in South America.

Epsilon’s international customers will be able to gain immediate access to these new markets via the company’s Network as a Service (NaaS) platform, Infiny. Likewise, local businesses will be able to harness Infiny and its solutions to access Epsilon’s on-demand global connectivity to further accelerate digital transformation across Europe.

This collaboration could not be more timely, as European data centre demand continues to boom.

Boosting global connectivity

Epsilon is a global interconnectivity provider that aims to simplify how businesses connect applications and data around the world and in the cloud. The company is part of South Korea’s largest telecommunications company, KT Corp, and is headquartered in Singapore, with an already significant presence across the Asia-Pacific region.

Its platform, Infiny, is designed to provide enterprises with a suite of high-performance connectivity and communications services. Offering fully-managed connectivity services with automation and end-to-end service delivery, Epsilon seeks to maintain consistent and reliable connectivity to the world’s leading data centres and internet exchanges.

“This partnership is an opportunity for us to provide more global enterprises with the network and solutions they need to further their digital transformation and gain a competitive edge in the market,” highlights Mark Daley, Director of Digital Strategy and Business Development at Epsilon. “We’re seeing increasing demands from customers for network reach all across Europe, particularly in Turkey. It’s great to add Istanbul to our global footprint to meet this demand, as well as a number of other high-growth markets across the continent.”

Turkey (Türkiye) is just one region that is experiencing rapidly growing demand for connectivity. As a result, data centre companies are seeking to develop data centre facilities in and around the country to grow international markets.

For instance, in February 2024, Vodafone signed a deal with Edgnex Data Centres by DAMAC to construct a new Turkish data centre and expand the regional market to improve connectivity. The move was part of a wider digital transformation strategy to boost digital services across Europe and Africa.

Partnering with Neterra will help Epsilon expand its network in the long-term, offering the best possible service to customers. Neterra has been providing international connectivity, network management services and security for almost 30 years across its extensive network. It also owns and operates four data centres and represents NetIX, the Global Internet Exchange Platform.

“Our robust network connects major cities across Europe, North and South America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia,” says Neven Dilkov, CEO at Neterra. “We’re looking forward to helping Epsilon to connect its customers across an even wider selection of destinations.”
