He joined nLighten in October 2023 as UK Sales Director following the acquisition of Proximity Data Centres, playing a key role in driving new business and strengthening strategic partnerships. 

With over 25 years in the data centre and connectivity sectors, Justin has extensive experience building high-performing teams and delivering growth. 

Previously, he held senior sales roles at Equinix, where he fostered strong industry relationships and contributed to significant business expansion, cementing his reputation as a respected leader in the sector.

Jean-Francois Berche, CTO at GreenScale Data Centres

Jean-François Berche is CTO at GreenScale, leading the company’s technological vision with a focus on scalable, efficient and sustainable infrastructure. 

He drives the development of data centres designed for AI-driven workloads while ensuring seamless integration within the energy ecosystem. 

Previously, Jean-François held senior roles at Microsoft and AWS, where he contributed to cloud region expansion, site selection and colocation strategies to support growing AI demands. 

Passionate about sustainable technology, he champions innovation that benefits both business and society, positioning GreenScale at the forefront of responsible, high-performance data centre solutions.

Eve McIlvaney, VP Global Procurement at Yondr Group

Eve McIlvaney is VP of Global Procurement at Yondr Group, where she leads the company’s procurement strategy with a relationship-first approach. 

She oversees sourcing for the build, fit-out and management of Yondr’s data centres, ensuring an agile supply chain that meets client needs. 

By cultivating a panel of global, regional and local suppliers experienced in mission-critical environments, Eve enables teams to access the right expertise for every project. 

Her strategic leadership drives efficiency, innovation and long-term value, positioning Yondr to deliver excellence today and scale successfully for the future.
