How Does Radian Arc Supplement Submer’s Cloud Offering?

How are telco operations and enterprises united with infrastructure-as-a-service and GPU cloud services?
Submer, one of the leading AI infrastructure providers has announced that the company will acquire Radian Arc Operations Pty Ltd.
Through procuring Radian Arc, Submer will be able to provide a full-stack AI infrastructure, from core data centres to edge compute.
The acquired company is already an established player within the infrastructure space, providing infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform which runs sovereign, telco-focused GPU cloud services.
Enhancing Submer's services
Radian Arc is a key player in Submer's full-stack cloud offering, with the acquisition enriching its provision. The offering will bring together InferX, the company’s NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) platform and Radian Arc’s carrier-embedded GPU edge computing platform.
Not only does enhance the cloud offering but will increase Submer’s footprint across North America, Europe, the UK, India, the Middle East and APAC.
Radian Arc is already deployed across over 70 telecom and edge compute customers globally with many GPUs also in operation.
Inside networks, AI and the cloud
Telecom companies widely use Radian Arc’s platform within their networks in order to support outputs which demand high performance and low latency – both of which are AI workloads and cloud gaming.
The company’s platform is able to embed AI Infrastructure that provides true data sovereignty, process data in-country within local infrastructure and over telco billing and data systems.
Patrick Smets, CEO at Submer, says: “This acquisition of Radian Arc completes our full-stack cloud infrastructure.
“Bringing Radian Arc together with InferX, our AI operations and delivery platform, forms a dual-plane, sovereign, telco-focused cloud offering that is highly competitive in today’s AI data centre market.”
The Submer of the future
Utilising Radian Arc offers Submer a diversified, long-term customer base which also has real-world, monetisable use cases developing.
Moving at speed and scale, the company is building the AI factories of the future. This will support core data centres with edge compute to provide a complete AI cloud solution.
David Cook, CEO at Radian Arc, says: “We have built our platform in close cooperation with our customers and partners, allowing us to develop a powerful model, that demonstrably works at scale.
“By joining Submer’s established partner ecosystem, we are now in a position to accelerate delivery of sovereign AI infrastructure faster and with lower latency to telecoms operators worldwide.”
But what does Submer’s full stack offering include?
- Access to significant land and power pipelines –surpassing 5GW across the UK, US, India and the Middle East through partner consortiums, facilitating the swift rollout of next-generation AI infrastructure.
- A complete AI cloud business unit – integrating InferX (NCP) with Radian Arc’s sovereign, telco-grade edge cloud capabilities and AI inference platforms, unlocking scalable and monetisable AI workloads via partner-driven ecosystems..
- End-to-end design and build capabilities – providing turnkey, modular AI data centres and enabling large-scale enterprise and hyperscale deployments across Europe and the US.
- Deep IT and liquid cooling expertise – covering in-house system design, installation, advanced liquid cooling and integrated AI compute platforms with networking and storage, delivered either directly or via strategic partners.
Patrick says: “Built on ten years of liquid cooling leadership, Submer has evolved into a full-stack AI data centre provider, fully accountable from chip to operation.
“Joining forces with the Radian Arc team and their edge compute platform is an exciting next step, further strengthening our position as the single accountable partner for end-to-end AI infrastructure.”
