STACK Infrastructure has appointed Jim Smith as Chief Delivery Officer for EMEA, bringing three decades of data centre industry experience to the expanding hyperscale operator.

Jim will lead STACK's delivery organisation across the region as the company continues to scale its operations and develop new facilities to meet growing customer demand.

Throughout his 30-year career, Jim has developed expertise in managing large-scale construction programmes and delivering complex data centre facilities. His background includes building and leading high-performing, execution-focused teams – experience that will prove crucial as STACK accelerates its regional expansion plans.

The appointment comes at a significant growth phase for STACK's EMEA operations, with the company investing heavily in its hyperscale infrastructure across key markets. Jim's role will focus on ensuring projects are delivered with speed and certainty whilst maintaining the high standards clients expect from hyperscale-grade facilities.
