Zoho Corporation expands with new data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to support UAE data sovereignty and cloud adoption for business and government

Dubai & Abu Dhabi, two of the most in demand places in the 21st century.

From Formula 1 races to influencer events, the attraction is endless – with the Ministry of Economy reporting that over 200,000 new companies were established in the UAE in 2025.

One industry that has seen recent growth in the UAE is the data centre sector, due to the strategic location and advanced digital infrastructure. The latest company to launch data centres in the UAE is Zoho Corporation.

Zoho’s new data centres form part of a US$23.2m investment in the UAE, which the company made in 2023.

The data centres will host solutions from two of the corporation's key brands, ManageEngine and Zoho.

Shailesh Davey, Co-Founder and CEO, Zoho Corporation, says: "The opening of our data centres is part of our ongoing investment in the UAE, which remains one of the largest markets in the region for both ManageEngine and Zoho brands."

"With this move, Zoho Corporation will be enabling businesses store their data locally, strengthening data sovereignty and supporting National Cybersecurity Agenda.

“Furthermore, 100+ solutions across Zoho and ManageEngine, will enable businesses of all sizes and government and semi-government organisations adopt cloud technology for digital transformation in nearly every area of operation and help Dubai become a digital economy line with Dubai Vision 2030."

Security certifications enable broader customer reach

Zoho’s data centres will have the ability to serve government and semi-government entities as well as local businesses, as the centres have gained certification from CSP Security Standard Certificate by Dubai Electronic Security Center.

The data centres have also established ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and CSA STAR Level 2 Certificate for data centres.

These certifications ensure that the new data centres are reliable, secure and compliant with the national data protection laws within the UAE – underlining the company's commitment to its footprint across the country.

Strong regional growth for both Zoho and ManageEngine

In 2025, Zoho experienced a 38.7% growth rate in the UAE, supported by a 29% increase in its partner network and a 35% rise in employee numbers.

To meet growing demand, the company expanded into a larger office and continues to strengthen its local presence.

The brand’s core growth drivers include Zoho CRM, Desk and CRM Plus within its customer experience platform, along with Zoho Books, a VAT-compliant and FTA-approved accounting tool.

Other contributing products include Creator, a low-code app builder, Zoho Workplace for collaboration and communication and Zoho One, an integrated suite of over 55 products

Over the past five years, Zoho has invested $US22m to support more than 7,000 UAE businesses in their digital transformation. These efforts include partnerships with Dubai Economy and Tourism and Dubai Culture.

Zoho reports a 48% upmarket growth rate in 2025, attributing this to platform capabilities that help enterprises reduce total cost of ownership and improve time to value.

ManageEngine, Zoho Corporation’s enterprise IT brand, will grow by 20% in the UAE in 2025.

Growth is led by rising demand for solutions in sectors such as banking, financial services and insurance, manufacturing and government.

The company continues to scale up its partner network and in-country presence to support adoption across public and private sectors.

Key products fuelling ManageEngine’s growth include Endpoint Central for endpoint management, ServiceDesk Plus for unified service management and Site24x7, a cloud-based observability platform.

As cloud adoption climbs at nearly 35% in the region for ManageEngine, the brand continues to benefit from the shift toward cloud-first strategies, particularly among organisations focused on agility and scalability.
